FAQ

How long does it take for the tub water to chill?

1 to 2 hours for most. Depending on the desired temperature and volume of water in the bathtub, the chilling process can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 4 hours.

Does HomePlunge need to run 24/7 like other cold plunges?

Absolutely not! In fact, we recommend to only run it a couple hours a day to reach your desired temperature.

Do I need to winterize my HomePlunge when it gets cold out?

Absolutely not! HomePlunge is designed for your bathtub meaning it should never need to be exposed to freezing temperatures outside.

Do you offer financing options?

Yes via Shop Pay.

How long is the warranty?

One year.

Can the water be chilled in advance, while I am not home?

Absolutely. Scheduling is available with the Tuya smart app.

I'm concerned about condensation and mold.

Rest assured, condensation regularly occurs with every day hot shower and bathtub use with the temperature delta between hot water and ambient air. HomePlunge is no different. Mold is prevented from having air flow in the bathroom. Best practices include keeping the door open and running the exhaust fan during use to maximize air flow.
